Tofu - A popular health food could be made in black beans, soy beans, white beans, peas or green beans. It was invented in China and have more than 2000 years history. You can steam, fry and put in the soup to cook the Tofu. My favour recipe is steam Tofu with pork meat stuffing populated! The details are as following:
1. Mixed the pork meat with oil, soy source and one raw egg.
2. Make a square hole in the centre of the Tofu.
3. Mixed meat stuffing populate Tofu.
4. Steam the Tofu for 10 - 15 minutes.
5. Ready to serve.
